A 15,500 square foot pre-engineered storage warehouse with loading docks. Offices and restrooms where constructed within the warehouse for the facility manager and personnel. Project also included site work for drainage and parking lot.

Additional office space was added for the tenant to provide a better environment. An existing glass atrium, was removed and replaced with wood interior finish/metal roof exterior to provide a new look to the building while providing energy efficiency to the building.

To date, 17 – 20,000 square foot pre-engineered steel frame warehouses were constructed to house the distilleries bourbon barrels.

A new operational maintenance building pre-engineered steel frame was installed for East Daviess County Waters fleet maintenance. Lift Stations were built to provide housing the booster pumps on existing waterlines.

A pre-engineered steel frame building was constructed for DMC shop area and office space.
